The Centre for Health Promotion (CKZ) will carry out free measurements and counselling in the local community for all those who want to obtain useful information about a healthy lifestyle and taking care of their health. A community nurse will also be present and will be available to talk, support and expert advice.

Workshop: Using an e-reader and listening to audiobooks
At the free workshop, you will: learn the basics of how an e-reader works, learn how to borrow and read e-books through the COBISS Ela portal, test the use of the Audibook application for listening to audiobooks, and get practical advice on solving the most common technical challenges. The training is interactive – participants will be able to test all the steps on their own, readers will be provided.

You are invited to an evening of fun questions, socializing and healthy competition, which has been taking place at the Postojna Youth Centre for the twelfth time.
Teams consist of 2 to 4 members, and the registration fee is €5 per person (which is less than two beers). There are ten cities, so don't wait for faster (and probably smarter) competition to overtake you.

Preparation of sushi
At the workshop, led by Rudi Valenčič, you will learn the basics of sushi preparation: from real rice to wrapping so that the final product actually looks like sushi. We'll work together, we'll eat together, and at least someone will have nicer sushi than the rest.
Places are limited — we accept a maximum of 10 participants.

International Museum Day
As part of the celebration of International Museum Day, on Saturday, May 16, at 10 a.m., the Notranjska Museum Postojna will organize a guided walk through the graffiti dots in Postojna, led by Dr. Tine Kaluža. At the same time, a workshop for children "A Touch of Heritage" will be held in the museum, where participants will recreate museum motifs and make tactile replicas. The event is free of charge. It's Fun on the Road
As part of the project Na Prestranku ljuštno je je (On Prestranku Cute Is), we will visit a beekeeper who will introduce us to the basics of beekeeping, making honeycombs and a beehive. Project participants will be able to participate in the production and painting of hives.
