Holiday activities and safety in municipality Postojna

This summer in Postojna brings a rich and diverse program for children of all ages. In order to make planning as easy as possible for parents, the Youth Centre Postojna has once again prepared a single and transparent application where you can arrange everything you need for your children's active holiday weeks.

The programme is divided into two key parts:
The first part is all-day holiday care, which will take place throughout the summer under the auspices of the Brlog Family Centre with co-financing by the Municipality of Postojna. The care is intended for children from 6 to 11 years of age and offers parents peace of mind, and children a safe environment with included nutrition and relaxed socializing.

The second part includes an extremely wide range of themed holiday activities carried out by various local associations, institutions and other organisers. Children will be able to spend their days off very actively:

• Lovers of movement and nature will be able to take part in sports weeks, adventurous forest holidays or learn about horseback riding at camps with Icelandic horses.

• Creative souls will enjoy culinary lessons and sewing workshops.

• Young researchers will be able to try their hand at programming, creating video content and learning about the safe use of the Internet.

• There are also unique workshops dedicated to emotional intelligence and personal growth, where children will get to know themselves and their emotions through play.

A large part of the programs offered are completely free, and certain specific activities and all-day care are paid. Since the interest is exceptional every year, and the number of places for individual activities is limited, we advise you not to delay your choice.
